• Responsible for E & E, fire France, MDC, Fulleon and other major customers' new products and VAVE business management;
• Cooperate with the company's operation strategy, optimize and improve the project management efficiency in combination with the company's resource situation;
• Assist ProLaunch champion to implement the application and self-assessment, review and continuous improvement of ProLaunch.
• Project management of new products, coordinating with customers and internal departments according to Eaton ProLaunch process, build and follow up product development plan to ensure smooth production of products according to expected cost, quality and production schedule;
• Coordinate customer and company's VAVE / STP activities planning and implementation to achieve continuous product improvement goals.
• Responsible for communication with customers, assist factory to solve EOL of related material supply and finished products, abnormal delivery date of order, and assist in solving quality complaints;
• New product monthly sales, profit and cost analysis and propose improvement measures;
• Annual new product and capex budget
• Coordinate, control and maintain the Department's environmental management system; identify and correct unsafe factors at work and assist and support the plant environmental plan. Support the achievement of zero accident production plant goals.
• Support the environmental coordinator of the Department in the environmental protection work; achieve the environmental objectives of the plant through consultation, cooperation and participation with all employees
• Ensure that environmental regulations and requirements are effectively implemented within the scope of jurisdiction

Qualifications

• More than 5 years project management experience in transnational electronic product enterprises, preferably more than 3 years project manager or equivalent position
• Familiar with the operation process of foreign electronic factory, with global development vision and strategic thinking ability
• Familiar with injection molding, hardware and electronic product assembly process
• Understand the supply status of electronic parts, plastic and hardware raw materials, and have rich experience in product cost analysis and control
• Familiar with plant continuous improvement tools, able to manage product development process and improvement with ProLaunch, 5S +, SPC, lean, VAVE, 6 sigma, A3, 8D and other tools.
• Have good personal character and learning ability, full of passion, sense of responsibility and can work reliably and efficiently,
• Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing,
• Strong communication and project leadership skills
