Meanwhile, to coordinate with region BD and sales of BU to develop new controller journey in different application and new customer scenarios in High- end and Mid-end market. Coordinate with HQ to define product roadmaps in mid-term and long-term and negotiate with relevant stakeholders in HQ and Region. Identifies trends and discontinuities in the products' markets and initiates appropriate measures to support RC-CN Room Automation business goal. How to serve Leading role of global PM, not only to fully transparency with HQ and to introduce Room Automation in China. Offering in development and G2M strategy, to conduct Market study with strategy exercise to gain local market insights. Developing real customer user case, coordinate with RC-CN to transfer clear APAC future Room Automation strategy and G2M action plan for High-end, mid-end and new market. Guidance PCS /VBD /Sales team to introduce portfolio approach market and support China accelerate, together. (e.g. AHU/FCU/ HVAC etc.) You are a collaborator and problem solver, and you are enthusiastic about creating meaningful, market differentiated value proposition for controller especially for PLC or Room controller. You have strong presentation skills (Both written and verbal with English or Germany), and you can manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently. You have significant experience in controller (PLC or Room controller) strategy, you have digital business model with an understanding of competitive offerings and building automation trends, especially of Room Automation solution and digitalization journey transformation (e.g. IOT base end to end room or space solution). International market knowledge/experience as a plus. You are self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a cross functional team environment. Elite university Bachelor or master’s degree. MBA as a prefer and plus. 3+ years of demonstrated experience in PLC , Room Controller and HVAC equipment automation application business. Familiar traditional vertical ( Building Office, Commercial building, Hospitality ) and new verticals( Hospital, Healthcare, life science and Lad ect.) 2+ years product management experience in HVAC equipment controller or industry controller (PLC), well understood IOT and cloud base digital solution.
