Position Responsibilities:

1.Receive daily communication from customer’s regarding shipment schedule and communicate schedule to factory production control team.

2.Confirm shipment schedule back to customer.

3.Analyze factory FGI stock as needed and work with customer to schedule deliveries.

4.Receive customer forecast and PO’s, review for accuracy, planning supply plan and forward to order management for processing.

5.Work with Ergotron PMC and daily communication back to customer on Ergotron’s shipment commit plan.

6.Daily monitoring of factory stock and hub stock in support of US stock plan.

7.Work with customer and Ergotron team to work out best fulfillment model for individual customer

8.Work with and Ergotron finance dept to ensure on time payments to Ergotron for products shipped.

9.Work with customer and Ergotron PM team to communicate and implement pricing updates as needed.

10.Manage customer forecasts and ensure they are accurately reflected in the monthly forecast update to finance and the factory for customs contracts.

11.NPI /ECR support to the US and Asia teams as needed, material control and communication with customers and Ergotron team on ECO cut in.

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):

1.Responsible for customer program management at Ergotron’s Dongguan, China factory.

2.This person must have excellent global communication skills and be able to work well as the liaison between the customer and Ergotron’s functional teams such as QA, Finance, NPI Engineering, Production and Program Management.

3.Must have excellent written and verbal English skills to be considered for this position.
