SUMMARY

The PMC Planner is responsible for developing and delivering a portfolio or account demand plan for each SKU that takes input from both Marketing and Sales, facilitates agreement with marketing, sales, manufacturing on plan and prepares plan and recommendation for manufacturing planning and material planning. At the ramp up phase, he/she will support the introduction and test of ERP.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work with Sales and Marketing to capture, document, and adjust the forecast to reflect changes in future demand patterns.
• Perform consensus forecast meeting after forecast review meetings to achieve alignment of demand forecast and the changes.
• Arrange key customer forecast meetings with sales to figure out what changes that will make in current month and adjust demand forecast at Ship to/Item level
• Monitoring and analyzing forecast accuracy and bias, find the major contributors to forecast error and react.
• Updating customers and “ship to” descriptions to support the delivery compliance with customer.
• Work with both Marketing and Sales on SKU level transition plan, track execution and call out risk and drive agreement when off-track

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as demand planner.
• Familiar with ERP, skill with YONGYOU is a plus.
• Experience with toy industry is a plus.

EDUC ATION & SKILLS (COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS)

• Education above junior college.
• Be fluent in both oral and written Mandarin
• Compute skills is a must：Word Excel PPT
• English skill is a plus
