Main duties Project management Liaise with workstream and community members to ensure smooth and timely running of project workstreams and associated management of materials and meetings Populate, maintain and update a project management tracker Workshop/meeting preparation support Organise meeting (1:1s, Community Sessions and Workshops, Affiliate meeting on specific topics) Prepare meeting materials, such as slides and templates Organise, collect and collate inputs from contributors to the meeting Prepare meeting outputs and deliverables and distribute as needed Follow up on actions arising from meetings/workshops Record-keeping and actions Take notes and actions in meetings and distribute as needed Follow up on actions from meetings Managing the Communities AccessHub Channel Gather and archive materials generated by Affiliate contributors and Communities workstreams Manage AccessHub access rights Manage Com’s Channel Manage the Communities Teams com’s channel - Affiliate access KPI Metrics Recording and updating of metrics Contracting Develop contract with external vendor and project management of the initiatives contracted Qualifications University degree in economics or other scientific backgrounds At least 3-4 years of experience in Market Access Knowledge HC policy, P&R and HTA principles and payer perspective Fluent in written and spoken English Advanced use of MS Office Excellent communication skills Project management ability and tools Knowledge and understanding of HE / HTA / RWE methodologies and models (BIM, Dashboards) and ability to leverage pharma-economics is a plus Ability to adapt communication style, to tailor messaging and to take complex information explaining these in simple terms to different internal and external stakeholders Ability to timely execute project and initiatives and constantly monitor results against plans Ability to lead cross functional projects Travel No Job Type Temporary Work Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
