Job Description
• We need a professional with 8-10 years’ experience in PMO, operations excellence or equivalent function • Responsible for tracking and reporting key organization metrices to key stakeholders in the organization • Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization for managing various datasets coming from systems like MIS or equivalent systems • Managing real time information on governance and other ad-hoc tasks • Collaborating with geographically dispersed stakeholders (Project Managers and Business Partners and Function Heads) and other in Business Administration and Finance team • Supporting Project Manager with their ongoing budgeting, timesheets management and financial allocation activities • Help build a reporting and tracking system by leveraging what is available out of the box and building for the gaps • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to avoid manual intervention and redundancies • Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across function • Tracking actions identified for improving the key metrices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization • Any graduate degree preferably in accounting/ finance • Excellent hands-on on MS Excel and MS Office Suite • Preferred knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or MS Dynamics Organization: Advanta Company: Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
