Who are we?

Mobileye's EyeC LiDAR group develops innovative high-performance long-range LIDAR solutions for ADAS and Autonomous Driving markets.

The project involves cutting edge electro-optic modules for FMCW LIDAR, HW, VLSI, mechanics, SW, FW and Algorithms.

What will you do?

The role offers the opportunity to learn and understand the operational side of the business in a leading Autonomous driving company.

The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, adherence to processes for budget and employee cycles, as well as someone who will look to improve efficiency.
A PMO support resource is required to assist in the roll-out of a new Change Management Approach for IT enabled projects.
You must be capable of supporting and contributing ideas within the PMO Support Team including benefits identification, change management and QA.
The role also requires ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives to support Project delivery and Business teams.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Update of the financial forecasting system and making sure it reflects latest changes before end of month
2. Preparing reports and financial reconciliations required
3. Administration of timesheets unlocking process
4. Support to Division Head and Portfolio Directors General administration responsibilities in the areas of expenses, purchasing, IT
5. Collaborating with HR and Finance departments to ensure project adherence to corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• BSc degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, business administration or another related field.
• Skilled in Excel and other MS applications such as PowerPoint, Visio.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the Support team and interact when required with Portfolio Managers, Development and Business teams.
• Knowledge/experience of delivery methodologies, application development lifecycle and delivery models e.g. waterfall, agile etc.
• Basic knowledge of data gathering and analysis. Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
