Ownership of Northern Europe acquisition levers for PPC and Metasearch 
Delivery & reporting on those levers
Supporting eCommerce teams in preparing Business Reviews
Collaborating with the Central team on your acquisition levers
Here is a snapshot of some of the responsibilities you will hold:


For both levers:

1. Set up and continually adapt campaigns based on flows, demand and destination needs. Implement specific action plans in collaboration with Northern Europe Marketing & eCommerce teams

2. Monitor, track and report on paid search and metasearch performance 

3. Manage and optimise attributed marketing budgets ensuring spend is delivering positive ROI and fees are collected (where applicable)

4. Collaborate and liaise with central teams/agencies to optimise marketing campaigns for all channels under your responsibility. Suggest optimisation via A/B testing and participate to pilot test to Central team/agencies

5. Support Head of Local eCommerce in gathering local insights, monitoring flow analysis and suggesting new ideas across ecommerce levers.

6. Implement tests and action plans in collaboration with the Northern Europe eCommerce team


For Metasearch:

1. Monitor and track Central Strategic Account (CSA) performance. Liaise with central team, hotels and metasearch platform (hooklogic/Koddi) to plan and execute hotel campaigns on TripAdvisor, Trivago, Google Hotel Ads etc

2. Metasearch Premium - work closely with the agency (Koddi), monitor Metasearch Premium performance toward best ROI, ensure Hotel participation and manage budget

3. TripAdvisor Business Advantages - ensure hotels participation aand contract renewal, showing benefits of the tool and other levers on TripAdvisor. Suggest other recommendations relevant to hotels


For PPC:

1. Work closely with SEO teams to implement an optimised cross-search strategy

Your profile? You will have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in eCommerce, preferably in PPC or Metasearch. Previous experience in running online campaigns is essential and you should be trained in Google Analytics. Experience working within the travel/hospitality industry would be beneficial. You will ideally demonstrate excellent commercial acument with a data-driven, results-oriented approach. You will ideally demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports. Fluency in English as well as Polish or Russian is a must, the ability to speak another European language a plus.
