• Manage PO processing, production planning and execution;
• Drive on time delivery;
• Maintain an efficient and effective communication with brands & vendors.

• Manage WIP processing, monitor delivery through communication with vendors and QPM team, communicate with brands on delivery status change;
• Maintain SAP data updating for change of delivery date and ship mode in timely & accurately manner;
• Manage monthly placement of buy and PO confirmation.

• College graduate;
• Good spoken and written English;
• Good Communication and interpersonal skill;
• Good computer skill: MS Office(Excel, Word) and Outlook;
• SAP system experience preferred;
• Able to work independently,and good at working with multi nationalities customers/destinations.
• Hard working and willing to learn;

• 1~2 years working experience in relevant job(in sourcing/trading/manufacturing/order follow up/logistics/customer service).
• Order follow up experience in global sourcing company is preferably in Apparel/Sportswear industry.
