Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute a PR & Communication strategy that drives consistent messaging and spurs brand trust across overseas (especially America and Europe) and local market.

2.Organize and implement for all aspects of PR & communication activities such as press release, website & social media operation, events, exhibitions and other corporate launch PR campaigns.

3.Monitor news and industry trends in order to proactively pitch ideas for stories and articles.

4.Liaise with other departments such as operations, sales, marketing and development to identify or create storytelling opportunities.

5.Draft compelling content including press releases, blogs and case studies tailored to specific audiences and channels.

6.Identify and measure effectiveness of communications channels and methods of communicating, Monitor and maximize the exposure of the brand.

7.Research, compile and maintain media lists, develop and maintain positive relationships and alignments with key partners to achieve corporate communication objectives.

8.Build relationships with key media leaders to grow industry awareness.

9.Evaluate opportunities for partnership, sponsorship and advertising on an on-going basis.

10.Develop & update general brochures, media kits, key messages, fact sheets & other collateral materials as needed.

11.Design and supply templates, presentations, whitepapers, newsletters, and videos for internal and external use.


Requirements:

1.Requires educational background with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or public relations. Graduate degree preferred.

2.3+ years’ experience with corporate communication in advertising/technology industry.

3.Exceptional writing skills and ability to write in different styles to reflect the channel, the sender's voice, audience and message.

4.Strong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategies.

5.Strong project management skills and ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency.

6.Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and social skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.

7.Resilient, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism under pressure.

8.Creative, energized, proactive and enthusiastic - willing to take initiative with confidence.

9.Computer proficiency with ability to use Microsoft Office Products and desktop publishing software. Familiarity with Internet research is required.

10.Must be able to communicate in fluently in English and mandarin.

11.Good sense of humor and able to see work as fun.
