Responsibilites

1. Oversee press releases, speeches, editorial write-up & press materials development according to global brand guideline and PR strategy

2. Responsible for the creation, planning, management and implementation of the company's large-scale external public relations activities, including the group's external brand publicity activities, government-related celebrations, and media conferences

3. Work closely with event agency on creation, launch moment proposal, gift proposal, event rundown, onsite schedule, check list, 2D & 3D design etc to make sure the whole Public relations activities goes smoothly and successfully

4. Coordinate all public relations activities to find the proper communication angle，guarantee a growth positive report to the brand

5. Identify and explore joint promotion opportunities with external partners, relevant brands, and media

6. Maintain a healthy media database.Monitor media, Ad / PR agencies and 3rd party suppliers to ensure brand presentation align with brand standard

7. Cntrol the quality of all events by monitoring the operation details

8. Be proactive and creative in proposing new ideas and opportunities of event programs

9. Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization

Job Requirements

1. BA/MA degree in Advertising, Communication sor a related discipline

2. At least 5 years and above working experience, including at least 2 years company PR experience in related industry, familiar with medias, Biological medicine -experience a plus

3. Exceptional writing and editing skills.With experience in writing / reviewing PR releases, familiarity with various types of media works

4. Strong relationships with both local and international business and industry media outlets

5. Team-oriented & collaborative with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels & influence business decisions with internal & external partners.

6. Highly organized & proactive with strong ownership & passion for the brand.

7. Event planning experience

8. Fluent in English
