Reporting directly to CEO of China, Sales Director is accountable for creating high quality relationships across a portfolio of key Utility, large industrial commercial customers and providers in the China market and leveraging these relationships to maintain existing revenues
Develop a sales strategy for the allocated set of clients, manage its implementation and monitor outcomes to achieve agreed financial budgets, focusing on protecting existing revenue lines and cultivating new revenue growth opportunities with the objective of delivering increased aggregated gross margin from the portfolio.
Perform the role of coach and mentor for direct reports in the Customer Organization with the aim of building an outstanding customer engagement team, consistently aligned to the goals of the corporation and focused on delivering customer success. |
