KOLLEKTIV is a small branding & PR company focusing on the F&B industry. We are a group of creative minds from the F&B and media background. Our network and clients include some of Shanghai’s top venues, including award-winning and Michelin-starred restaurants.

We are looking for a PR & Marketing Assistant for our team. This candidate will report directly to our Creative Director.

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields: writing, PR, marketing, social media, food industry
2. Excellent writing skills in Chinese
3. Basic writing skills in English
4. Excellent communication skills
5. An enthusiastic and outgoing personality
6. A strong interest in PR & Marketing, passionate about the F&B industry, and willing to learn and adapt
7. Knowledge about WeChat backend
8. Interested in social media
9. Loves food.
10. Additional skills like photography, design, and videography are a plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Creative Director in the follow-up, execution, and content creation based on client needs
2. Communicate with media and KOL persons.
3. Write engaging copy for our F&B clients with direction from CD
4. Upload and format content for WeChat, Instagram, and other social media accounts
5. Coordinate client needs
6. Coordinate events, invitations for media and KOLs

This candidate will learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands on experience in a competitive industry, and grow their talent in writing, communication, and PR.
