Responsibilities

• To manage the operations of the PR Department.
• To manage sponsorship for the Club.
• To communicate and coordinate with internal & external parties on the planning and execution of all Club Promotions and Events.
• Organize and coordinate the Clubs PR/Marketing events
• Write the Club’s press releases, develop and maintain professional relations with media groups, local government and rural committees.
• Coordinate the collection of material for the production of the Club Magazine.
• Manage and update the Club’s website and related e-news/promotions.
• Maintain good communications and relations with affiliated Yacht Clubs in HK.
• To be a Club Ambassador to both Club Members and Members of the Public.
• To assist the Membership Department on new member matters.
• To assist where required at the Club’s AGM and EGM meetings.

Requirements

• PR/Marketing Diploma or above with minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably Marketing Communications, Journalism (Sports) and Hospitality experience is an advantage
• Outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese and English
