Responsibilities

• Assist PR & Marketing Manager to execute marketing projects including retail promotion, brand promotion, PR materials write-up for projects;
• Maintain a relationship with the media in order to promote the brand image and products in the PR angle;
• Assist in planning, organizing and launching marketing programs for promoting CRM programs;
• Support execution of the integrated loyalty program for building brand and customer loyalty;
• Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate effectiveness of various promotions and advertising;
• Organize PR events and CRM Programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Public Relations / Communications / Marketing;
• At least 2 years’ solid experience in promotion, marketing or public relations campaigns in Retail / F&B /online Marketing /CRM System;
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
• A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Creative, self-motivated, passionate and has infectious enthusiasm for the task on hand;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior PR & Marketing Officer.
