PR & Marketing operations assistant will be supporting VP of APAC Enterprise Marketing with administration of Enterprise Marketing in Asia market which includes but are not limited to: APAC budget planning coordination, APAC enterprise marketing events schedule management, APAC webinar organization & scheduling and APAC enterprise marketing monitoring and reporting of results & execution,

The position reports toVice President of APAC Enterprise Marketing. Within the organization, the position has working relationships with the country heads, cross-region divisions, and staff of the Enterprise Marketing function from other areas of the company as well as the service providers.

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the APAC Enterprise marketing group and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth.

Job Summary

Organization of Special Events Assigned

• Lead APAC Webinar planning, organization & execution
• Support & facilitate special events execution assigned by VP of APAC Enterprise Marketing;

Support APAC Budget Management & Reporting

• Support VP of APAC Enterprise Marketing on annual budget management by providing monthly/quarterly updates in parallel working with key stakeholders in APAC markets

APAC Enterprise Marketing Process and Operations

• Lead the APAC team meetings logistics arrangement in coordinating with APAC team w alignment of annual corporate global & regional schedule;

Maintain and enhance APAC Enterprise Marketing group process & operation in compliance with global system including but not limited to APAC event schedule update on website

The Arm Taipei office consists of employees from the Sales, Marketing and Partner Enablement teams.
