Job Description

Mission and Key Purpose:


  • Ensure relevant and accurate content is crafted for media and digital channels and oversee contact with media and influencers.
  • Work with the global digital team, marketing team, event team, external agencies, IT and other relevant departments to coordinate PR& Social Media initiatives, as well as act as an essential role to organize branding oriented and at the same time sales dirven sponsorship events.

Work Responsibilities

Primary Outline:

  • Devise, plan and execute integrated PR strategies for Camus Yuanliu brands
  • Craft impactful messaging for press releases, social media and marketing, to gain campaign driven media resources
  • Wisely manage the assigned annual budget on Branding-Oriented Sponsorship/Event, with a clear and trackable Brand Return, best to lead to sales possibilities
  • Active media and KOL network maintenance
  • Brand monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Maintain brands integrity and voice across all channels
  • Manage agencies on Digital Platform (Wechat & Weibo & Website) Operation, also in regards to Global Topic Calendar and Backstage Consumer Data on quarterly basis

PR Tactics

  • Develop and maintain cohesive omni media and KOL relationship within the fields , arrange regular media gathering and seeding based on guidelines.
  • Support and execute all PR programs (Press Conference/ Media Interview/ brand show and Product Launch etc.), efficiently incorporate resources to accomplish objectives.
  • Responsible for quality control on all press release, newsletter, and post-event report write-up, translation, distribution & monitoring.

Social Media Tactics

  • Manage monthly content creation, engagement, and growth of multi social media platforms including company WeChat, Weibo, Youku, Facebook , and Instagram etc.
  • Proofreading and overall quality assurance of content
  • Supervise external agencies for supporting marketing initiatives across all company social platforms.
  • Stay high sense and keen on hot topic, social media channels&tools, to identify the relevancy with company and brands.

Account Management Tactics

  • Monitor and be involved in all assigned event operation, including working schedule prep, on-site coordiation, and post-event collection.
  • Supervise agency with article quality control and timing operation on online platforms including WeChat/Website/Weibo.
All other related tasks as assigned by line manager

Requirements


Experiences

  • 4-5 years’ experience in PR, social media, or digital marketing in relevant industries or agencies.
  • Proven track records in PR fund efficient and effective management, say ROI can be predicted and measurable in line with brands communication strategy
  • Experiences in direct social media management
  • Established media and KOL contacts would be an advantage

Skills

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong passion and familiarity in consumer habits and digital&social media landscape in China..
  • Able to balance multiple projects and assignments.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient
  • A strong understanding of branding, and the needs of different clients
  • Self-starter and strong self-motivation, with minimal supervision required
  • Strong networking and presentation skills
  • High attention to details and accuracy

Education

  • Bachelor Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, marketing or comparable
