Key accountabilities:

1. Responsible for the news release of JV activity/honor/event (Via company wechat/ mail channel and submit to relevant)

2. Receive and coordinate various visits and make recording

3. Maintain and improve the company relationship and reputation with all relevant

4. Take care of Company image building like decoration and introduction material updating

5. Assist the related department for some event preparation like Company Annual Technical Seminar and annual gala ….

Qualifications, skills & experience:

1. Proficient in spoken and written English is a must (Level TOEIC or others to state)

2. Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English

3. Highly motivated, hardworking and responsible

4. Experience in Chemical/Environmental Industry or PR would be an advantage. (Related education or working background preferred. )

5. Good PPT skill is mandatory.
