PR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day social media operations

• Creating social media content that suits the company’s needs

• Monitoring the social media and interacting with followers

• Maintaining good relations with the customers through social media

• Studying the statistics regarding the effectiveness of social media marketing

• Supporting the manager on overall content strategy and marketing campaigns on social media

• Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of social media tools. Solid experience in creating social media content and manage interactions with netizens

• Superb writing capabilities and interpersonal skills

• Self-initiative, never-fail attitude in the face of adversity and ambiguous situations

• Experience in issues management. Resourceful with social media KOLs

• Highly flexible regarding work days and hours

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, journalism or related areas

• Bachelor’s degree or above
