Job Description
1 Responsible for organizing the implementation of the restaurant business promotion and marketing activities, establish and improve the restaurant's reputation, make the restaurant have a good market.
2 Responsible for business negotiations and business units initialed and sign the contract, and agreement. Accepting unit or individual reservation set the banquet, renting a conference site or entertainment business.
3 To understand and grasp the market information, market forecast and analysis; analyze and grasp the business situation, collect business information, provide the report to the general manager for the economic decision; meet the restaurant revenue target, based on reliable basis;
4 For regular customers, institutions, organizations, companies, clubs, factories, shops, publicity departments, etc. courtesy visit to solicit their views and close relationship with them, hoping to get their business on the care, support and patronage;
5 Responsible for organizing and participating in "VIP" guest reception, briefed the guests on the hotel situation, understand their needs, as far as possible be met;
6 Responsible for the restaurant data collection, accumulation, documents, materials, finishing, writing, etc.;
7 Responsible for the organization of promotional materials preparation, restaurant, video photography, printing and publicity, and establish good relationship with propaganda, journalism, for their support and help
8 Responsible for training for subordinates
9 Establish public relations sales files for inspection.
