We are Challenge District, the No.1 district for 12 years among 200+ districts in AIA, possessing the highest percentage and number of MDRT members. In terms of MDRT members, our family’s performance is equivalent to some big insurance companies. Challenge family is a brand amongst the insurance industry, known for quality of service and utmost professionalism.

The Premier Association of Financial Professional awards MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) membership, only to honor to the top 1% of financial planners worldwide. In Challenge district, our MDRT ratio is 95.9% out of 100+ staff members.

• 以顧問角色從不同角度為客人審視現有之理財規劃，提高客人對自身的財務策劃及財富管理之認識

We Need Young & Professional talents:

• 大學 Bachelor 畢業或以上學歷 ( Fresh graduates are welcome)
• 另外,不少於3年全職工作經驗 ( 曾從事銀行背景 / 銷售及市場營銷業務優先 )，年薪不少於港幣30萬 ( 現時年薪 或 剛過去 12 個月年薪 )會被推薦去Executive Development Program (EDP)
• 必需可以合法在香港工作，非香港永久居民但持有 IANG 非本地生畢業留港計劃簽證 / 單程證 / 投資移民計劃簽證都可以申請
• 擁有較強的親和力、個性開朗、有責任心並注重細節
• 溝通能力：廣東話 / 國語
• 能基本運用 iPad ( 公司大部分操作會在 iPad 上進行及完成 )
