Develop the test equipment of Inverter and motor with the supplier

Develop test method and provide hardware and software team that can fulfill the project needs

Debug and optimize program or functional tester independently

Troubleshooting of tester problems, resolving them wherever possible, and contact with external support company if necessary

Write RFQ and machine's WI and TPM

Editing the Test-spec file containing the test technology and the process according to the Auto product rules and the drawing when the new project starting. Make the wall chart and the PFMEA of the new project.

Design review the machine designing with supplier and update the status of the new machine building process to team. Support on the designing of the non-standard mechanical part and the machine installing;

Supporting MES setup and debug for EOL;

Debugging traceability system and the data saving file after the machine installing finished;

Check the items of the machine quality containing safety, run-off check list, CPK/GR&R, drawing, control, cycle time

Training the technician debug and operator well use for error finding

Program for new product and support prototype in line

Finish other tasks assigned by manager;

Bachelor degree, electronic/Automation/Computer programming graduated
