1. Product Development (System and Marketing Documents)
2. Product/Project Management (existing product or new initiative product/project)

Product Management (70% of time)

A. Provide Product Proposition/Positioning

• Draft initial new product feature and define initial product proposition/positioning.
• Create initial value proposition for new product.
• Provide MOM of product spec brainstorming with PDT member in order to finalizing the product spec.
• Prepare, update and get approval for gate 0-2 paper and supporting documents (Product Spec & competitor comparison) for PSC approval.

B. Responsible in Product Development

• Prepare kick off meeting material to present product specification to PDT member.
• Provide MOM of product spec brainstorming with PDT member in order to finalizing the product spec.
• To draft general provision, special provision, supplementary provision and product letters.
• To lead policy data, general provision, special provision, supplementary provision and product letters development and review.
• Gather DDF approval for general provision, special provision and product letters from related department and responsible for documentation of those documents.
• Liaise with Product Implementation team to develop business illustration.
• Review marketing materials before reprinting.
• Prepare SOP if needed.
• Monitoring and involve in product development and business illustration UAT.
• Prepare any documents for product filing to OJK.
• Recheck QC of policy data, general provision, special provision, supplementary provision letters and all marketing materials.
• Liaise with NPC to check UAT of Policy output from RDS.
• Drafts Product/Review FAQ and Q&A.

C. Responsible in Enhancement for Existing Product.

• Responsible to gather information related with enhancement product initiative.
• Responsible to mapping the impact of enhancement product initiative.
• Liaise with Project Manager to create reliable timeline.
• Involving in monitoring product/project implementation.
• Train the Trainer to train if needed.
• Train the sales agents if needed.
• Product socialization to operation team.
• Review launching memo.

D. Responsible in Launching Preparation.

• Responsible to request print out application, brochure, and marketing materials for Product Launching to General Services.
• Train the Trainer to train if needed.
• Train the sales agents if needed.
• Product socialization to operation team.
• Draft/Review launching memo.

Project Management (30% of time)

A. Provide Information for Business Case

• Responsible to complete information related to new product/project initiative which needed when building Business Case.

B. Support Product Research

• Involving and review research brief & research guideline.
• Draft and review research stimulus.
• Involving in Product Research.
• Responsible for research result analyzing to deliver recommendation from product side.

C. Support Product/Project Implementation

• Liaise with Project Manager to create reliable timeline.
• Involving in monitoring product/project implementation.
