• Execute troubleshooting for issues escalated from field for all filler equipment and associated trade equipment concerning mechanical platform; apply RCA methodology, driving data collection and preventive/corrective action; to keep GC technical “fire map” under control

• Secure NC and warranty cost management on SINCRO tool;

• Provide daily telephone & email support for mechanical issues to internal and external customers, example:

• Support FSE during projects and service site execution on mechanical side;

• Be part of hotline service, in case of availability;

• Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities;
