THE COMPANY :
- SWEATER manufacturing, exporting and retailing
- Factories : 4 X China and 1 X Myanmar : total 12000 workers
- Main market : US, Europe & China
- Retail : own brand and own retail chain in China
- We are looking for PRODUCTION MANAGER (Myanmar) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for the overall production plan and operation of Myanmar factory producing sweaters
- Identify, implement and monitor short and long term production plans
- Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
- Over 8 years relevant working experience in sweater with experience running factory of 3000+ workers
- Rich experience in sweater production process especially in knitting
- Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Station Myanmar factory
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Medical benefits
- More solid sweater manufacturer experience will be considered as Factory General Manager
