Garment manufacturing group
Factories : 5 X China & 1 X Myanmar
Main market : US, Europe & China
Retail : own brand and own retail chain in China
We are looking for PRODUCTION MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for the overall production plan and operation of garment factory
- Identify, implement and monitor short and long term production plans
- Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
- Conduct cost-saving activities and make actions to avoid waste in production process
- Over 8 years relevant working experience in garment manufacturers with experience running factory of 1000+ workers
- Experience in sizable garment manufacturing group is highly prefer
- Strong in garment production and operations management
- Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Good command of Mandarin
- Station China factory
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
