RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and organize project campaign, like internal incubation project and seminars.
• Keep contact and enhance relationship with cooperated Universities, associations and institutes.
• Daily track for incubation and invested project, in time reporting to head of HFFS.
• Support on project scouting, from startup/talents identifying to data maintain.
• Responsible for promotion materials drafting, like poster/advertisement designing (with support of vendors) and press release drafting (with support of Marketing Dept.).
• Other project based tasks assigned by head of HFFS.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachler degree and above
• Good English skill in all dimensions, speaking, written and listening.
• Good skills in office software like presentation and excel.
• Working experience in startups would be a plus.
• Good at communication and strong responsibility.
• Flexible in working pattern: multi-tasks and overtime work when needed.
• Strong Self-motivation and eager to learn new stuff.
