THE COMPANY :
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Property developer and property investment company
- We own our office buildings located mainly in Hong Kong; some in Macau; factories in China & SE Asian countries
- We buy land to build our own office buildings in Hong Kong
- Mother company : cookware manufacturer for exporting to global market with factories in China and global offices
- We are looking for PROJECT COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Property Development Manager
- Two Project Coordinators is required :
- (1) Assist in interior fitting out / renovations projects : for the Group's self-own buildings; OR
- (2) Assist in land projects : buy land and build own office buildings in Hong Kong
- Assist team in handling the interior design proposal;
- Tendering documents and Schedule of Rates are required to prepare;
- Monitoring the site progress and project costing;
- Liaise with internal and external parties on project matters.
- Higher Diploma in Interior Design/Building Studies/Project Management;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations and hands-on experience in interior design is an advantage;
- Good computer skills including Autocad, Sketch Up, MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with all levels of staff;
- 5 days work
- More experience will be considered as Project Officer
