We are seeking a Project Development Engineer (PDE) to support a variety of small to large capital projects in our fleet of company owned and operated hydrogen facilities located throughout North America. You will be a self-starting team leader who will drive the front-end development of capital spending to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Dimensions:
- Budget Planning Responsibility: $5-50MM per project
- Travel: Position requires approximately 25-40% travel, domestic and international travel.
- Home Office: Los Angeles CA area, Houston TX, or New Orleans NA area
- Direct Reporting Staff: none
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process technologies or operations of industrial or refinery facilities
- Ability to develop scope, estimate cost and schedule
- B.S. Technical Engineering Degree
- Legally authorized to work in the United States of America
