Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Land & Property developer focus in luxurious residential properties in Myanmar Yangon & other Asian cities
  • We are looking for PROJECT DIRECTOR – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Full project management responsibilities over a number of ongoing and planned developments and manage a number of project specialists and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
  • Perform contract administration and site supervision
  • Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame and meet with quality requirements
  • Manage consultant teams on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner
  • Degree holder or above in Architecture/ Structural Engineering and related disciplines, candidates with professional qualifications are preferred.
  • With at least 20 - 25 years of project experience with reputable real estate developers in HK or China.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet project deadline and hands on managing from design stage to construction stages.
  • Must have project management experience in China or Macau
  • Work based in Myanmar Yangon with 1-2 trips to Hong Kong every month
  • Accommodation provided or housing allowance
