As a Project Lead, Labeling Translation and Localization, you will be responsible for: Leading and actively working on translation and localization projects for the Global Content Development & Product Labeling (C&L) Organization. Supporting execution of unique needs for package labeling and IFUs and other electronic customer facing documents. Ensuring the timeliness and quality of localized labeling for IFUs, package labeling and other deliverables as needed. Supporting the development and improvement of labeling translation and localization processes leveraged in the C&L organization related to product localization. Maintaining process and document quality for translations and localized work products and deliverables. Addressing quality issues to support the C&L Team, working closely with vendors and Supplier Quality ensuring SCARS and other quality related items are addressed and closed out appropriately Efficiently adding new languages to existing content set and coordinate translation review efforts across territories and times zones, ensuring on time delivery per business requirements Being the primary contact for regional reviewers to address questions and resolve issues on translations Collecting and maintaining TM (Translation Memories) artifacts, controls and maintains integrity of translated content and TM. Streamlines TMs, for efficiencies and ensure that correct TMs are defined for projects Managing TM product mapping with content developers and project managers Working with internal customers and partners to understand and address localization pain points, streamline localization processes, and seek solutions for translation needs Collaborating with Content Development team members to ensure support for the development / localization of labeling translations. Tracking budgets and ensures invoicing is correct and processed. Provides tracking / reporting status on projects. Supporting the head of Global Labeling Strategy, Compliance and Localization to improve localized content quality and processes by developing, implementing and improving processes for developing translation (e.g. databases and glossaries). Maintaining Localization procedures (DQSP-00076) and related quality documents, with changes/improvement driven by business needs or quality/regulatory requirements. Ensuring all translation service projects follow the approved quality and financial compliance processes Creating and managing all requests and PO’s in local tools (e.g. OneSRM) Developing dashboards and KPI/metrics around translations and suppliers. Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve and track progress.
