RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Scouting:

• develop right channels and set up network with entrepreneurs, startups and platforms;
• work together with partners and vendors to select qualified startups from mass recommendations
• have general portrait of targeted projects and find ways to get in contact with them.

  2. Project analysis:

• Evaluate in contacted projects from multi dimensions
• Collect facts & figure of targets to generate objective overviews
• Draft analysis report / executive overview to illustrate why this target, what to do and how to do with it. In short, generate proposals for management to decide.

3. Projects data warehouse maintain:

• Input collected information in data warehouse for further track.
• Download data from data warehouse for analysis

  4. Projects management

• Once cooperation / PoC / Incubation has been established, need to track on milestones, expense and deliverables, until project closed.

5. Project Coordination:

• Coordinate between incubated team / external startups and Hella business units.
• Coordinate between team and external resources.
• Coordinate with ventures.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 or 3 years working experience in investment institute, Global Tiers good at autonomous driving or consulting firm focus on auto industry.
• Bachler degree and above in automotive, software, microelectronics or Finance.
• Graduate from 211 or 985 universities, or from recognized Universities abroad.
• Good at English in all dimensions: reading, writing and speaking.
• Basic skills in office software like presentation and excel.
• Working experience in startups would be a plus.
• Flexible in working pattern: travel and overtime work when needed.
