The Project Manager, Customer Supply Coordination reports to the Director, Customer Supply Coordination as part of the Global SCM Planning and Digitalization (PD) Team. This role works to improve all aspects of driving the right product to the right place at the right time with a focus on identifying and implementing customer-centric strategies, promoting continuous improvement, and driving digitalization opportunities. As the person in this role, you will: Perform in a project manager role for the Customer Supply Coordination team. Coordinate closely with Customer Supply Region Coordinators to compile Region feedback in order to drive SCM process enhancements and digitalization opportunities (e.g. improvements in low inventory/supply interruption reporting and allocation tracking tools). Manage all relevant information needed by the Customer Supply Region Coordinators pertaining to supply interruptions: Coordinate with Franchise teams to summarize allocation/backorder/stockout occurrences and root causes. Ensure alignment in daily supply interruption reporting and tracking. Collaborate with Franchise team, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing to develop and execute product allocation strategies for the Regions in alignment with forecast accuracy. Establish a process for Regional Demand and Forecast Accuracy reviews, while ensuring continuous improvement. Support SCORE project regarding the inclusion of country warehouses in Global SCM Planning. Support current bridging efforts to improve SCM planning processes, such as Safety Stock simulator for China. Drive projects such as Global Allocation Automation and Product Reservation strategies, while leveraging HPS methodology. Contribute to the optimization of global replenishment cycles, transportation spend, and reduction in product scrap. Provide daily support to Customer Supply Region Coordinators, along with back-up functional support for the Director, Customer Supply Coordination when needed. You demonstrate understanding of the interdependencies between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics. Have a strong customer-focused mindset with the goal to continuously improve customer service levels. Are familiar with typical supply chain health metrics, e.g., forecast accuracy, LIFR, OOO. Proficient in Power BI/Qlik Sense and other visualization tools as well as Microsoft 365 Suite. Candidate must be organized and be prepared to communicate throughout various levels in the organization. Ability to lead, identify and drive solutions, and influence decisions to better fulfill customer demands and exceed business expectations. Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Management, Customer Order Management or similar functions CRM, Sales, or Marketing experience in a Region/Zone environment Have a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel SAP system experience Familiarity with project management methods (e.g. HPS) Candidates should have the ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed, to include principles of predictive analytics using system applied algorithms to achieve best fit demand forecasts based on wide range of data sources.
