1. Job Responsibilities

• To provide professional agency and tenant advisory services to local and international clients;
• To provide marketing support and work with the team in business development;
• To develop businesses with thousands of investors in our database;
• To create/generate property listings and take property photos for company webpages.
  
  

2. Job Requirements

• Degree/diploma holder with valid EAA licence;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hardworking;
• Fresh graduate and less experiened candidates with or without valid EAA licence but showing strong interest and determination in developing his/her career in real estate field are welcomed to apply for the position of Negotiator Trainee;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.

Rewarding and exciting careers with attractive remuneration package (i.e. Salary+Commission+Bonus) will be offered to right candidates. Commission can be over $150,000 per month.
