Job Description
1. Job Responsibilities
- To provide professional agency and tenant advisory services to local and international clients;
- To provide marketing support and work with the team in business development;
- To develop businesses with thousands of investors/clients in our database;
- To generate property listings by collecting property information and update our company’s online platform.
2. Job Requirements
- Degree/diploma holder with valid EAA licence;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hardworking;
- Fresh graduate and less experienced candidates with or without valid EAA licence but showing strong interest and determination in developing his/her career in real estate field are welcomed to apply for the position of Negotiator Trainee;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.
