KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

A. Product Stewardship

1. Establish and maintain specific Product Stewardship procedures and work instruction.

2. Deal with PS request regarding products hazardous and regulatory compliance, such as Compliance statement, GHS, SDS, labeling and Transportation etc. issue.

3. Perform HSE compliance checks during the product development projects

4. Coordinate on the 3rd party lab test and Provide support to marketing and R&D for product stewardship initiatives

5. Responsible for new chemical substance notification / registration in China, with supports of WW product stewardship organization

6. Support Internal SIH / CMR policy maintenance and interpretation within shanghai site

B. Environmental Management

1. Compile the related environmental procedure and SOPs according to national and local environmental protection law/regulations/ requirement , follow-up and ensure its implementation

2. Responsible for site environmental inspection, organize environmental patrol , training and drills to ensure the environmental risk is under control

3. Involve in the environmental emergency response and ensure the procedures and training are in place

4. Organize / coordinate on the pollutant emission monitoring and coordinate on related actions to ensure the environmental compliance

5. Responsible for the waste/pollutant permit application, internal and external environmental reporting and keep the record

C. Regulatory Affairs

1.Monitor and report on changes of relevant regulatory and compliance environment with impact concerning H-S-E-product-Transportation within the company

2.Organize meeting / training with related department to review and analyze available regulatory and compliance information regularly

3.Provide regulatory support to marketing/ sales, R&D, operation and functional department in time

4.Maintain related regulations database and ensure its up-to-date availability to related persons

D .Sustainable Work

1. Owner of Chapter of product safety , environment management, regulatory for HSE management system, SOP/Procedures, Training, dossier or records

2. Other task assigned from the department manager

Job Requirments：

1. Bachelor Degree

2. Has more than 3 years experience in Environmental , Chemical and Safety.

3. Key Competencies :self-study, work under pressure, can-do attitude
