As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Responsible for the development and implementation of company's support function including Master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching. Requires advanced knowledge of highly professional field. Applies advanced principles and concepts. Contributes to development of new principles and concepts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
10+ years work experience managing direct reports

Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field of study
CSCP or CPIM Certification
Familiarity and working knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems
Knowledge of Semiconductor Supply Chain
Driving continuous improvement by evaluating process and systems gaps
Managing teams in non-US geographies
