In this role, the PSG External Division Planning Manager will motivate, lead and guide a global team of supply planners to ensure adequate supply is available to meet customer demand & support revenue targets. This role requires strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders to meet business unit expectations. As a manager, this role will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Key responsibilities include Master scheduling, production planning/coordination, order scheduling and inventory management. This role requires strong knowledge of Supply Chain concepts with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
10+ years in Supply Chain, Product Planning or related work experience managing direct reports

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field of study

CSCP or CPIM Certification

Familiarity & working knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems

Knowledge of Semiconductor Supply Chain

Driving continuous improvement by evaluating process and systems gaps

Managing teams in non-US geographies
