The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Engineering Rotation Program is an immersive experience that allows individuals to explore a plenitude of career opportunities that will guide them to their ideal career path.
In this role you will get to broaden your skill set while experiencing product development from all technological perspectives such as product design, product marketing, business development and customer support.
About this role:
The PSG rotation program is a 12-18 month program that will allow you, as an emerging professional, to explore different parts of the Programmable Solutions Group at Intel. You will get to rotate with 3-4 groups for an average of 4-6 months each and have a chance to experience different roles in disciplines ranging from applications engineering, technical marketing, business development, etc. This immersive experience allows you to unlock your potential and find your ideal career path.
Once you have successfully completed the program you will be eligible to transfer to open positions within the organization.
In this role you will:
Work on challenging hardware designs that help drive business and organizational goals.
Work on Intel FPGA toolchain to enhance user experience and interface.
Support customers that helps build analytical and problem-solving skills.
Build on knowledge and upskill with each rotation to be able to gain understanding of business processes and technical acumen.
Get exposure to company's product portfolio and help drive innovation to develop Intel's leading-edge products.
Receive coaching and mentoring from our internal network of professionals
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
Programming experience (ex: VHDL/Verilog/ C++/Perl/Python/TCL)
Additional skills/experience:
Experience with FPGAs
Digital Logic
Business principles (sales and marketing)
Behavioural:
Ability to effectively balance technical skills with relationship-building capabilities
Ability to drive for results, a passion to win, the desire to collaborate and ability to build strong, influential relationships
Communication skills (oral and written).
