Promotes and maintains site process safety programs to assure compliance with Honeywell and China Regulatory requirements for Honeywell Sinochem Taicang JV Facility. The position requires active participation in projects involving new procedures, audits, HOS and facility design or change to assure consideration is provided for process safety and HSE. Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate to establish and maintain site process safety program, integrate PSM practice with China safety standardization level II/I system.
• Lead and promote site PSM SAT module as well as its practice, coordinate corporate PSM audit.
• Perform site PSM audit and routine Gemba, tracking timely closure of all recommendations and CAs.
• Act as the leader of the PHA, involving in the new project/MOC changes as well as the PSSR/PSV, readiness assessment, etc.
• Act as the leader of the loss prevention and emergency preparedness/response management.
• Lead and promote the incident investigation as well as developing the corrective actions.
• Participate and work with relevant department to identify, evaluate the HSE aspect as well as the corrective actions.
• Work with relevant department to collect, identify the applicable legal and regulation as well as the compliance evaluation.
• Collect routine PSM relevant data for analysis and develop continuously improvement.
• Participate in daily tiered meeting and regular PMT level meeting.
  

Education / Experience Requirements:

• BS in Chemical engineering, process safety engineering or relevant.
• 3-5 years of progressive working experience in process safety or related field in Multi-National Companies. Certified PHA leader is a plus.
• Demonstrates urgency in achieving goals.
• Delivers on commitment.
• Ability to work well with all organizational levels.
• Good in English both written and verbal.
• Good in PC skills.
