Controlling and supervising certain key steps of production flows and production status via computer programs and systems

• Supervise network connection and guarantee data transfer between customer and company. To solve network disconnection immediately, when necessary, probably together with customer or with support from headquarter (Germany)

• Check and follow production data and status in system to direct production and ensure the products are finished on time according to customer's production and delivery info

• Solve production software problems and hardware problems of IT facility on shop floors during production, and maintenance and clean the IT equipment periodically to keep them in working condition

• Coordinate with foreign colleagues in Germany or Romania to about production data transmission, software or database problems and software update

• Good language abilities (English, able to communicate with foreigners orally and in written)

• Good skills of coordination and communication

• Good IT knowledge or experience about computer hardware, software, network and database and operating systems WinXP

• Able to handle urgent situations and work under pressure

• Work in shifts
