#### Position Description:


Position is for experienced AC/DC Power Engineer who will focus on AC/DC power
sub-systems for x86 server products

#### Position Requirements:


The PSU Technical Project Manager is to manage Lenovo Server PSU development
from concept through launch and life cycle. The ideal candidate will be able
to manage the internal development team and external supplier team to meet the
Program & PSU milestones and achieve the committed deliveries. The candidate
will work closely with the program management lead and cross-organizational
function teams such as marketing, procurement, quality, manufacturing, supply
chain, etc. to fulfill product offerings and deliverables.

Requirements:
1\. Provide project management and technical support to PSU development team
2\. Build PSU development schedule and work with PSU development team and PSU
suppliers to complete tasks on schedule
3\. Plan, manage, and prioritize work efforts to meet delivery objectives
4\. Conduct weekly team meetings to communication plan changes, schedule and
status for pending deliverables
5\. Represent PSU development team in weekly program level meetings to provide
status and coordinate dependencies
6\. Coordinate all PSU development activities to provide work plans and
results in support of product deliverables including development of
deliverables needed for milestone checkpoints
7\. Provide regular project status updates to management team to track
projects toward complete and successful launch

Qualification:
1\. Efficiency in using project management tools such as spread sheets or
Microsoft Project
2\. Understanding of project management & product development process
3\. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
4\. Excellent communication skills including the ability to clearly express
technical concept in both verbal and written forms.
5\. Good English speaking and writing skills
6\. Experience in Project Management including one complete Product
Introduction Cycle will be plus

Education:
Bachelor degree is required.
