We are recruiting an All-Rounded Course Developer & Group class Teacher for Students aged between 8 and 16 years old. The teacher needs to be able to deliver the sessions on-site, face to face in Shanghai.

Class size: 1 on 1
Period: On-going
Expected weekly working hour: 20 hours (incl. course development, office hours, & session deliveries)
Class sessions will be arranged during these time slots but can vary during school/public holidays according to actual situations:
Mon-Fri 4.00pm-9.00pm, Sat-Sun 9am-10pm
Duration of each class session: 60-180 minutes
Number of sessions per week: 3-4 (varies depending on the actual circumstances)
Salary: Negotiable. Stable Monthly Fixed Rate.

Duties:
- Develop lesson plans, courses, or curriculum based on the requirements (must be open to learning and using high-tech gears and programs);
- Deliver on-site face to face teaching sessions;
- Design periodic tests, and administer and grade the tests;
- Provide learning assistance, mark homework, refine learning materials, etc.
- Set class rules and regulations, maintain class orders;
- Communicate with all other staff members when needed;
- Provide session summaries, periodic reports;
- All other duties related to teaching as required.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker;
- Bachelors degree or above with majors and/or degrees in: Education, History, Literature, Humanities, Computer Science and related degrees, Applied Science and related degrees, physics and related degrees, (Candidates with other degrees and majors will be considered if they have international school curriculum development and teaching experiences);
- Experienced in teaching different subjects (to students aged between 8 and 16): ideally include but not limited to computer science, programming, general science subjects, humanities subjects;
- Able to develop curriculum, courses and lessons with specific requirements, and maximize the use of existing high-tech gears, systems & content provided by the center;
- Can adjust lesson plans and teaching methods based on the student's level and performances in class;
- Can provide additional relevant learning and practicing materials to students (in class, or after class as homework);
- Can follow up the students' learning progress and provide reports;
- Good at maintaining class orders;
- Confident in helping students to improve their academic performances at a fast pace preferred;
