1.Teach English as a foreign language to Chinese children 3-12 years of age;
2.Maintain class order for an average class size of 4-8 students;
3.Frequently talk with parents and students to improve teaching quality, collect feedback and answer their question in a polite and patience manner;
4.Communication of center management, curriculum department etc. ;

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; native level speaker with at least 2-year experience
- being able to deliver learning objectives set out by the club
- being able to engage students while applying differentiated techniques
- experience of leading reading club group activities
- knowledge of phonics preferred; native speaker or native-level speaker
- a team player who is flexibl1 and will proactively collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
