Job Description:
1. Target students aged 12-15. 4 classes with 36 members for each.
2. Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)
3. Frequency: two days a week, 4-5 effective hours per day, starting from October.
4. Payment rate: 500RMB/h, free lunch and transportation included. Free accommodation if necessary.
5. Cultivating your own teaching materials according to the students’ learning needs and our reference books;
6. Teaching and organizing classes based on their levels, and giving comments and evaluation within each semester.
7. Preparing English assignments, homework and test accordingly.
8. Cooperating with the school to carry out exhibition courses, open classes and external activities if necessary.
9. Working place: Beijing Bayi School Baoding Branch, Baoding city, Hebei Province ( about 1h 30min by train from Beijing West Railway Station).
Requirements:
1. English native speakers;
2. Bachelor degree or above, with one year or more of foreign English teaching experience. People with TESOL are preferred.
3. No preference of ages.
4. Strong planning and execution ability are required, being able to organize the class in a lively and instructive way.
5. Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
6. Teaching-related certificates and a working visa in Beijing or Baoding are required.
