Job Description
We are recruiting a part-time math tutor for a 13-year-old student. The teacher needs to be able to deliver the sessions on-site in Shanghai. It will be an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge and skills and make extra cash!

Class size: 1 on 1
Period: On-going
Most sessions will be arranged during these time slots but can vary during school/public holidays according to actual situations:
Mon-Fri 4.00 pm-9.00 pm, Sat-Sun 9 am-10 pm
Duration of each session: 60-120 minutes
Salary: Negotiable high hourly rate!

Duties:
- Deliver on-site lessons using materials provided by the client and develop relevant lesson plans and activities based on their particular requirements;
- Set class rules and regulations, maintain class orders;
- After-class support discussion within the supporting group;
- Provide session summaries and periodic reports;
- Design periodic tests (if required) and administer and grade the tests;
- Provide learning assistance, mark homework, refine learning materials, etc.;
- Communicate with all other staff members when needed
- All other duties related to teaching as required.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker,
- Bachelor's degree or above,
- International school/ bilingual school teaching or exam preparation tutoring experience with outstanding track records essential,
- Experienced in following up on students' learning progress and providing periodic reports,
- Good at engaging students in the class and excellent in gaining results by the end of each session,
- Passionate about teaching
- Patient and assertive
- Reliable and responsible
- Outgoing personality with good people skills
