Job Description
Position Description: Management Responsibilities: Manage team to deliver service according to SLA Manage the PTP (Inc. T&E Reimbursement)process oversight and initiate the process improvements from strategically point of view. Define and review operational metrics Management business escalations and provide efficient support to business across all stakeholders. PTP Closing management and Payable accounts recon review. Regular review with operational team to monitor/guide the operational key issues. Leading on projects and provide support on new business set up. Bridge process implement in COS.
