This exciting role offers opportunity to: Complete online bank notes transaction on time including notes in, transfer, on due and discount; manage relevant bank notes and payment records according to GFSS AP payment preparation process. Need to be fully aware of the accuracy, cycle time, etc. for uploading, payment, closing. Responsible for the bank account management, such as seal maintenance and charge, or bank credit limited. Support auditor to complete internal and external audit Coordinate to tackle other issues during assigned tasks Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in administrative or accounting function Proficient in MS office with basic English communication skill Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure Owning clear logic and learning ability with efficiency and accuracy Yes!
