Job Description

职责描述:
1)Study innovative elements & best practices to know customer needs/problems, to understand customer insight and market competition (include competiors' strategy)and integrate this in the frame of our product development initiatives, to ensure the right decisions are takken in the benefit.; identify opportunities for products or enhancement for customers.
2)Work out the roadmap related to managed brewery Platform (4YP & 1YP) with Zone business partner and global team, aligned to Business Priorities.
3)Work out the roadmap related to managed brewery Pl+atform (4YP & 1YP) with Zone business partner and global team, aligned to Business Priorities.
4)Support and Maintain library of toolkits/template/CRs related to managed brewery Platform
5)Maintain engaged community including internal & external partners/vendors related to managed brewery Platform.
6)Product Introduction: Introduce product & services to Zone/BU and other teams within company about product value, features and target markets.

任职要求
Education 教育
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in information technology/ MES or related field

Experience 经验
> 3 years professional experience in MES project management and execution within manuafacturing industry, experience on FMCG or automation integration is a plus

Strong MES Knowledge:
a. Be familiar with MES corn logic/principle;
b. Be familiar with all MES functions;
c. Be familiar with MES communicate measurement (up to ERP system, down to PLC/IPC/SCADA)

MES Project Delivery:
a. Must have lots of actual combat experience about MES implemenation;
b. Have MES project delivery methodologies such as Agile/PMP/Prince2 and so on;
c. Must be good at working under pressures.

IT Knowledge and Skill:
a. MES architecture knowledge is required, include server/DB/develop language/SQL/hardware/network and so on.
b. Good development skill in JavaScript, Java, SQL, VB,etc

Busyness Understanding:
a. Be familiar with production process, understand routing and work plan;
b. Solutions architecture and development knowledge is required;
c. Can support/coordinate other departments (Ex. Production/QM/Logistic) achieve system function requirement with development;
d. Business process analysis and solution design capability is required;
e. Good understanding of customer requirement.

Others
1) Good communication and interpersonal skills/ Excellent verbal and written English Skill;
2) Good PowerPoint skills to give presentations.
3)Good English skill can work with over sea team together.
