Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限 1. Responsible for project sourcing overall control as project buyer role. 2. Responsible for the complete sourcing process (COP, serial, Benchmark etc.) according to the responsible commodities and projects. 3. Identify the Bidder list independently for own commodities regularly. 4. In charg of supplier management: supplier development together with STA, supplier consolidation, re-location, forward sourcing, yellow supplier escalation etc. 5. Work out and implement the action plan (productivity plan, VA/VE plan) to improve the supplier performance continuously. 6. Work out commodity strategy which is durative and fit for automotive industry and OEM requirement. 7. Ensure the related contract and agreement ( incl but not limited to Frame contract, tooling loan contract, NDA, QAA , General Terms) signed in a timely manner. Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 Supplier Development and Management:1.According to Project and Commodity strategy to seek suitable supplier, organize the supplier visit together with STA etc. to make the pre-evaluation. Make sure the signed SSIS, NDA, QAA according to rules to be handover to COP team and update in the global supplier database.2.According to commodity strategy to define the supplier development strategy, and develop the supplier commercially (benchmark etc.), meanwhile coordinate STA and auditor for supplier technical and quality development.3. Ensure the Presta Shanghai (PS) approved supplier list updating, and bidder list of Presta CN updating. 4 Coordinate and support to solve the escalated suppliers' issues from plant function dept.: delivery problem, capacity problem, quality problem etc. Organize the meeting for yellow suppliers, push supplier's continuously improvement. Commodity Sourcing (Commodity Buyer Role）1. Early involvement in project aquisition phase and design phase2. Regularly review the related commodity strategy, provide commodity/supplier strategy report to purchasing team and STA to guide the sourcing and supplier development 3. In charge of RFQ, bench mark, negotiation of the responsible commodities for new project or localization projects. According to CD-021 implement the sourcing activities, and present the required document on BK (purchasing conference).4. Responsible for contract 5. Coordinate COP team and CBU buyer in Eschen to set up Scheduling Agreement of all 3rd party parts before SOP. 6. Support STA to monitor the supplier OTS and PPAP timing to ensure no impact to project time. 7. Maintain the RFQ list and tooling payment list in time, in charge of EVF/NL management and other purchasing related database. 8. Support global sourcing, RFQ to local supplier, negotiation, etc. 9. Finish the purchasing report timely, enhance the communication with HQ in Eschen. 10. Responsible for supplier annual price reduction plan and implementation.
